The numbers will be higher for some setups then others due to the differences in dynojets & location of the dynojet etc...

Generally I have made 184whp & 129tq on stock jdm itr motors with i/h/e
Check out http://phearable.net for the dyno charts.

With my 98 spec ITR motor-Toda B's,gears, valvetrain, Stock IM, Stock Header, Prelude injectors, Homemade intake, testpipe, 2.5 exhaust, Hondata s200 made right around 185whp and 135 tq.

Tbone was telling me about one of his friends tha made well over 200 with m22s stock block, I am not sure about the head, but I think he said stock for it as well. You allready have a good start on the setup. Tune that sucker with some cams. I don't think you would be dissapointed it appears to be a strong motor.

m22s are nice, but they are having issues with them, they like to break when high rate valvesprings are used.

this is new? i have never heard this...

but this might also explain why he uses springs with medium-low rates

i figure most smart engine builders use medium-low to reduce power loss

I have heard of two instances when this has happened, causing 1 total loss on one head, and the other had to have new valves installed.

Isn't this fixed with the Rocket gen2 valve springs?

But then the valve doesnt follow the cam 'signal' as accurately though.
