Default Idle Issuses

I have a d16y7 mini swap with a cold air intake and a B-series TB (no FTIV) and I have been working on the car allot lately fixing things here and there mostly maintenance. Recently I did a full tune up on the car ngk plug wires, ngk plugs, honda car n rotor n distributor seal. Also cleaned up the IACV and fixed my TB gasket. Also fixed some loose wiring to the map sensor.

The most recent problem though is my idle. Its really hard to pinpoint what is going on. When I start the car from a cold start it will immediately go to about 650 rpm. After that it may jump back up to 1k but then go right back down. Also after driving for a while the car will idle at 650 but hunt up n down ever so slightly. Running out of ideas....

Gaps look good. I figured that it was prolly a timing issue I will check that. I am also gonna check my PCV and the hose n make sure theres nothing wrong there. Its the only thing I havent checked.

Yes, check your timing. Slightly retarded, less than 16 BTDC, and the engine will not idle strong

Update: I found that the PCV valve tubing was all clogged up with ****. Positioned it better now things are 50 times better with idle. Still though going to get new Honda PCV and rent a timing light to advance my timing. Thanks for the help guys.
