I don't think that's possible even with race fuel and monster cams/compression on a NA 1.6L (Could be wrong, not sure what the highest NA B16s have been).

OP, if you want an actual answer you need to give us a better idea of what you're working with. Budget, intended use of the car, etc...

I was going to say on 77.4mm stroke, I agree around 250whp-260whp, with M5 or nitro mix. On a larger stroke/custom rod, 300whp wouldn't be impossible depending on fuel used.

I know this is the holy grail of 91-93 pump gas forum but there are nitro combinations that are making 230-250 on stock shortblock b20/vtec's. I know, first hand.
