in my b16 STOCK bottom end, made 175whp @ 8300, and 118-122 tq from 6k - 7.5k.
0, 0 on the cam timing with stock headgasket. 23 psi fuel pressure with 370cc injectors (too big)!
Toda B cams, STOCK ITR TB/Mani
When i used a 65mm TB and AEBS manifold i peaked 170whp @ 8900, 115 tq.
and this was with 310s and 32 psi fuel pressure.
try CTR cams, or your stage 1s, stock injectors, stock b16 TB/manifold and an ITR manifold and you'll be happy with a good tune and a header with no bigger than 2.25" at the collector throat. this doesn't mean your flange can't be 2.5" where the exhaust bolts to.
mod a B16 exhaust manifold where you would keep the 2.0" outlet, but cut the collector off at the throat and weld a tapered collector out to your exhaust diameter.
