Default H22A4 N/A REBUILD...GOOD SETUP & WHO CAN INSTALL?

hi, guys. I've been doing my research for the past week on this site and now need some help and recommendations: I'm rebuilding my 97 sh motor which has 130,000 miles on the motor. I have a cracked piston ring and these are the parts I'm considering..tell me if I should add, delete, replace anything. Btw...I'm a budget, so if I really don't need any of the following, I'd rather not spend the cash...I already have i/h/e/p/vtec controller among other mods...

???= DO I REALLY NEED?

1)95 jdm h22 port &polished head with Crower Springs and Retainers
2)Crower stage 2 cams
3)Type S pistons/rings
?) Eagle rods/STOCK rods???
4)supertech high compression valves/Oem valves???
5)skunk2 IM???
6)RC Injectors???
7)Aem cam gears
8)Aem fuel pressure regulator
9)Aem fuel rail
10)Aem fuel filter
11)Walbro Fuel pump
12)Acl bearings
13)Hondata IM gasket
14)Oem head gasket
15)Oem oil pump
16)Oem Water pump

BTW...I'm also looking for a shop that will be able to do the rebuild, or if anyone in the SAN DIEGO area can do the rebuild for me and can get others to vouch for thier work, I would be interested as well. I'm looking to get all this done by the beginning of DECEMBER.
