what mounts for Hp of similar setups to this.
hey everyone, I am putting my motor together, its almost done and I cannot really decide what mounts to get
Should I be just looking at a strong Poly mount or should I just go solid and not look back?
My Hp goal is somewhere between 650-750 and its just my race car and occasional meets. by no means is it meant for me to really drive lol.
here is the setup b16a2 block:
84mm benson sleeved block
Benson balanced and micropolished crank
CP pistons and rings
Pauter rods
ACL Bearings
OEM (TypeR) oil pump
Lower gasket set
Blueprint and assembly by laskey racing
arp head studs
golden eagle 84mm head gasket
ati super dampener
moroso pan
b16a2 head:
tom at portflow did his standard honda headwork
super tech springs
super tech retainers
super tech standard valves
edlebrock victor x manifold
omni-power 68mm throttlebody
hondata intake mani gasket
skunk2 pro1 cams
golden eagle cam gears
FUEL:
id1000 injectors
str fuel rail
fuel pressure regulator
fuel pump/s setup, havnt decided which way to go. walbro 400, xenocrons duel bosch setup or what not
TURBO setup:
precision 6262sp .82 a/r
omnipower 4bar map
thermal 3in exhaust
blue ridge motorsports ram horn
blue ridge motorsports 3in downpipe
blue ridge motorsports dump
44mm tial wastegate vband
tial blowoff
2.5 or 3in intercooler piping? not sure which way to go
drivetrain:

quaife lsd
twin disc

Get a set of Avid solid billet mounts from James @ IPG. Great guy to deal with. Always has treated me well.

I run innovative mounts but I'm looking into a set of solid mounts. I run solid mounts in my s13 and I love them. You don't really notice the vibrations except for idle

I'm looking into mounts for my boost set-up as well. (Granted I'm not nearly as gnar bar as you). But I've heard great things about all three mentioned: Hasport, Avid and Innovative. And all are around the same price range I think?
