Default good manifold and TB for race motor

I was considering using the jg manifold but have been told I will loose alot of power becuase its to large, is this true or not? and I was considering going with a 75mm TB should that be OK?
thanks

port match b16/itr intake manifold, skunk 2 or if you want to be crazy ... ITB's, but the port match b16/itr or skunk 2 is good enough, and a 70mm TB is also good if you're going to go with the b16/itr or skunk 2 IM.

ITBs are way over rated, I do know that holland uses the jg piece and thats kind of what turned me on to it.

A Ported ITR Manifold and 62-65mm (plate) Throttle Body can support any power you can reasonably make.
