Default Code throwing

I've checked the sticky thread on how to check your own codes, but no one has gone into enough description into what color everything is or where exactly everything is. I've got this:

I tried to relay everything there and I didn't get any codes thrown, yet my check engine light is on when my car is running all the time

I need some help.......thanks guys

What year/type of car?? Usually there in a green rubber thing with another plug in it, one plug is blue and has 2 wires other can't remember but you need the 2 wire blue one. If its a 88-89 civic/crx its under the hood but other then that civic/integras have them in the same place passenger side kick panel in the rubber boot. Preludes are hidden also. Check up a little bit higher in the dash if this is a civic/teg
