ok i have a b16 and stock it has 160hp son all these guys put all this stuff on them and only showing like a 9 10 hp gain there not doing the right stuff or something

sup guys,im about to put some blox stage 1 cams into my b16 and was wondering what kind of gains will it get,the motor is really healthy no oil burning or knocks,i also purchased some itr dual valves and retainers.
current mods on my b16a3.
aem cai
itr replica header
2.50 piping and a stock type s muffler.
i think that the muffler is gonna hold me back some and ill probably remove it when i get tuned.

exedy stage 1 clutch and flywheel
bought the motor from a friend and when he had it in his car its dyno read 156.7whp/113.8wtq. That baby ripped in my 93 cx until the day it was stolen

2.5 exhaust w/ cat
Everything else is stock b16.
tune by D-rob on BRE
Made 167/116 @Mcnews 2.5 years ago without the ported intake.

i have 2000 JDM b16b engine (came from 2000 ctr with around 5k miles on it) with 2000 JDM B16B CIvic Type R Tranny with Spoon 1.5 way LSD, fujita short ram intake, stage 2 exedy clutch and exedy lightweight flywheel, no cat - straight pipe, cleaned injectors, new 10w-30 oil change, new 3 quarts of Motul synthetic clutch type tranny oil , Stock header, IM, ecu, always put 91 octane only, others are stock. But I cant find my proof dyno sheet. SH*T! I just remember 213whp and 127 wtrq. This was Sept of last year. But I'll try to find the dyno sheet so i can post it here.

loving this thread. i have an 00 si with a b16. i have been working on it for a while. it has:
port polished head
ctr cams
type r header
type r intake manifold
type r throttle body
aem intake
straight pipe
exhaust
ngk spark plugs
unorthodox aftermarket lightweight pulley set
running a little higher compression
b&m fuel pressure regulator
stage one clutch and light flywheel
jdm p30 ecu
im going to tune it with hondata s300j. i hope i gain a lot. any ideas of what my numbers will be?
