Depends on the power goal and condition of the head, strictly speaking in terms of one valve being better then the other is pretty subjective depending on the application and goals of the motor, And the motors overall build. If the head is in perfect working order, the valve seats are good then the only benefit of changing valves would be the material is better suited to the increased exhaust temps and less likely to get "burnt up" with prolonged use of N20 but that's usually only on pretty aggressive setups or people who use it alot but other parts are just as likely to fail....namely piston rings and exhaust valve seals

There usually lighter and allow slight better air flow similar to how the Type R valves flow better than the gsr and b16 from its factory swirl polish. But really doesnt make a diffrence unless you go with flat face valves to increase comp by usually.03. I used Buddy club valves in my gsr all motor build to increase the comp just a bit more.
