Default Best Valve Train Parts?

I want to get new valve train parts but not sure what to get. I need new high compression valves, dual valvesprings, and titanium retainers. Any sugestions on what to get?

first of all, are your cams stock? if so, just replace your valvetrain with oem
if your're running aftermarket (toda, jun etc) then i recommend you stay with your manufactures' valvetrain. ie toda cames = toda springs and retainers. good luck to you

For valvesprings and retainers, check out the Rocket/EF-1 parts.

My cam's are regrinds so they don't have a manufature. That is why I am asking ather wise there would be no question about it. Also what do you all think about the high comprestion valves???

<--- EF-1 nationwide dist. We got them in stock dual vavle spring set and titainum retainers.
