2 Headers, Hard choice ?WHICH ONE !
OK< im debating on which 4-2-1 header to use on my D15B daily driver mildly built.
right is 4-2-1 DC SPORTS !
left is 4-2-1 NO BRAND NAME !
Which one would u choose ? ,can u name the cons and pros ? they both are same condition which is mint.
If u can explain if u had one of these the cons and pros, thanks

I'd choose the DC Sports, clean it up and wrap it...
I don't like where they placed the O2 bung on the 'no name' header, and the piping looks too large - but maybe that's just the photo angle.

honestly, they both suck. i'd go with the no name ebay header just cause it looks like its stainless steel and the dc is ceramic---will rust and crack. but, the o2 sensor bung placement on the ebay header does kinda suck depending on what chassis you have and where the factory wiring is.

Heat wrap is great if you like to put holes in your header.... When you wrap your header, you hold heat in the header. If there is a thin spot on the header or has been repeatedly heat cycled it will melt a hole in the header in the weakest point of the tubing... The heat wrap is great if you have thick wall tubing.. Not good for thin wall stuff at all.
I would go with the Stainless one if the gasket to the secondary is still good... The o2 bung on the bottom can be plugged it is not a big deal. Some 96 and up Civics have 2 o2's anyway.

Well 1 was bought from ebay 4-2-1, no cracks or rust at all, has been on a car for 3 years,
DC sports was bought used with exhaust system for cheep, REAL DC sports 4-2-1
the dc looks like it has a thinner flange, and also in the 2-1 part the dc has a factory bend .

neither one, but if you must choose one, then go with the dc, better craftmanship than the ebay. Both look the same though.

No big deal!
Basically I'm talking 'fluid dynamics' here...
The hotter the snakes are, the better the exhaust gasses will flow!
The cooler your header is, the more back pressure it'll produce, sooo...
Forget about burning holes through them - as if a Honda sh!tbox could do that anyway!
Rust is the enemy, not the flames belching out of the OP's mighty 1500cc 'mildly built' race car engine...
If all you're into is *looks*, then get the 'no name' header - shine it up with Semi-Chrome compound - and call it a day!
If you're looking for performance, so called, then go with the DC Sports header, and be prepared to apply a little 'elbow grease'...
... If you don't want it to rot off your ride!
