Well, the springs drop 1.1" and 0.7" F/R respectively, according to the link.
That sort of drop will be fine - anything over 1.5" would be in need of camber adjustment in all likelihood.
As for tyres - what's the rim size - 18x7.5? If so, then you'd be looking for 225/40's to keep the speedo and odo accurate.
Slightly more accurate would be 255/35's, but your rim would need to be 18x8.5 for that to work, and at that width, I'd be concerned the rims didn't have enough offset.
With the smaller tyres, you could get away with +45, although it's not as ideal as +48 or +50 would be.
BTW, no need for apologies for not knowing this stuff - most don't apart from what they glean from places such as this or links to other places.
Here's a site you may find interesting - http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible.html

I was going to do the Comptechs or the Pro Kits but i didnt know it would effect camber to the point that its vital or something get a camber kit. I am looking for a clean and low enough drop for 18s also

It's only vital per se, if you want to avoid or find your tyres are not wearing evenly across their width.
If they are, then you're fine.

H&R sounds fine, and would look good without the slammed effect.
Some cars can get away with slamming, but the Accord/TSX doesn't have the body shape for it, unless heavily kitted.
If the H&R springs aren't progressive ones, you'll have a very stiff ride, as they'll be a higher spring rate than OEM.
If they are progressive, then you'll have some compliance initially, but big bumps will be felt much more than previously - especially with less sidewall rubber.

slamming your whip isn't the question here.. its lowring it to a point that you don't require a camber kit.
ide LOVE to see your alignement measurements.. im within specs on all 4 corners on my drop.
