Default few issues with tsx i just bought

picked up a 2004 tsx 6 speed with 205k on it and seems to be having few issues

1 when clutch engage i feel like motor is gonna fall out of the car i feel the shifter move alot when i hold it
when i get on it theres a noticeable delay before the car goes. like when the engine flex abd then rebound but when i look at the motor and have someone rev it up it doesnt rock that much it seems to be normal theres no vibration or anything at idle
im thinking either engine mounts or suspension bushings but when i visually inspect it i dont see any rips or motor mount leaks they re all dry
can suspension really have that much play

2 stock motor internally( previous owner had boltons and was dropped a decent amount) and now all stock with short ram

transmission sounds like a JRSC when i drive it. i hear a whine in every gear when accelerating and theres a clunk when i push and release gas pedal when engine rocks back and forth

3 rear end has a bump noise when going over a road bump can a blown out shock make that thump sound or is it something else.
again i visually inspected whatever i see adn wiggle whatever i can reach theres nothing visually wrong with it

this is my first k series car so i dont know what common problems these cars have or what to check first

I'm not an expert on the tsx but these are my guesses..

1. Motor mounts

2. Throw out bearing

3. Rear trailing arm bushings

could it be blown out front suspension also? and which parts are prime suspects?
car was almost slammed. not herrafrush but pretty low

would a blown shock make thumping sound?
i feel like its coming from shocks when i drive but its hard to tell

+1 I bet motor mounts would make the car feel wayyy better. Bad motor mounts make all kinds of funky sounds.

pulled out front and rear mount yesterday. no rips at all and side mount is filled with urethane
the front lower control arm big bushings are torn out. others look ok but were twisted from improper installation
still have to check the rear bushings. I belive the car already has the ingalls adjustable lower arms. are the bushings in those good quality?

tried to see if the extra RL mount I have would fit. and it would if Honda didn't make it like 4mm taller than tsx mount...so stupid how they are trying really hard to make parts non interchangeable when it clearly is made like that for one purpose to prevent people from using interchangeable parts
mount is 4mm taller and holes are misaligned by like 1-2mm each hole..
