I have an 08' TL that's been sitting for a couple of weeks, and will not start/turn over or display the gear position (D flashes on for about 1 second initially) on the dash other than manual mode. Leading up to this, the transmission was acting up where it wouldn't consistently shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 1st. I could drive it just fine by manually shifting between low and drive which led me to think it might be shifter/transmission related.

So far I've replaced:
Position Sensor Assembly (28900-RYF-023)
Parking Pin & Shift Switch Assembly (35740-SEC-A82),

Checked:
No stored codes
Engine bay & Interior Fuses

Any thoughts on what else I should check?
