BIG gray area when buying used stuff. Do you trust the guy selling them? Is there a big difference in price? If no why not just get them new? Were they maintained? Did he beat on the car? Why is he selling them?

Lots of questions and research.

for best gains get a race header

to stay legal go shorty

used parts is great way to save money as long as you know you will get the product and there arent 5000000 miles on it. Good luck man, i bought a v2 intake for my 02 si for 150 with 3,000 miles on it, like brand new and im so glad, but i have heard horror stories as well

If you are really looking to tune and mod your engine you need to look into the K-pro ECU instead of the re-flash. Yes the re-flash works but it is a one time thing. When you add more to the engine it will need to be re-flashed. With a programable ECU the possibilities are endless.

After you buy the relash you can, if you want upgrade to Kpro later for an additional $500. Which is fine by most people, sure your spending an extra $100 in the overall picture, but you got to have the reflash for the time being along with the option for Kpro later.
