DC Header Question Please Help(DC5)
Hello my fellow HT. I have an urgent question that needs to be answered if anyones knows. I have a DC sports header on my DC5 and need to replace the flex pipe on the header. Does anyone know the size of the flex pipe? Ive heard 2.25x4, 2.5x4, 2.25x6 and 2.5x6. Could someone clear this up so I can buy and replace this piece by this weekend?

I replaced mine and really you can get any length you need as long as you weld and cut the right amount of pipe. I actually added an extra 1.5" because of my k24 swap. But what you need to be careful of is the measurement you go with. When I order my flex pipe I thought the 4" mean the flex pipe.. it meant overall length... so I had a 1" flex pipe with 1.5" pipe beside it... Know what I mean?
I'd get the 2.5" x 6" because you can always trim down pipe to make it fit.

cost lil' more than DC, but no where near 2.5k, and lots of positive feedbacks on this product.
And YES, I'm don't just recommend this, I'm also a user of this header, LOL... sounds like a hair loss ad. lol...

its not headers, its header. the ep3 and dc5 have ONE header. v6 and v8's have TWO. just had to throw that out there.

Re: DC Header Question Please Help(DC5)
^ I made my recommendation on post #6... DC's not bad, especially the DCRH, but as for performance, although little more pricier, there are other RH's that would get you more HP than DC. It's all up to what you wanna do with your whip... If you don't mind spending at least a few hundred more, go with something other than DC, and that's my 0.02...
