Default Clutch hydraulic problem

Looking for ideas before I start throwing parts at it. 2002 Civic LX with 60,000mi, clutch will not hold pressure. I checked the TSB at the top of this forum & it doesn't desribe the symptoms. The fluid is full but isn't moving through the system, you can open the bleeder at the slave cylinder but by pumping the pedal it will not move fluid through, in fact fluid level doesn't change at all. The fluid can be pulled through with a hand vaccum pump connected to the slave bleeder. I've lost a master cylinder on my 93 Civic and in this case there is no fluid leaking anywhere. I am leaning toward the fluid possibly "blowing by" the seals in the master cylinder but was hoping to see if anyone here has had this problem before.
