Congrats... Welcome to the other side. I've also made the leap and still love my NSX. I will someday own another s2000

Congrats on the purchase, not only do I believe that was a great upgrade but also a good investment. The s2k is still decreasing in value but the NSX on the other hand, has increased alot over the past few years. Hold on to it and you could always make a nice profit in the future.

ive purchased an s2000 last year but now looking into selling it for an NSX.
i got it pretty at a good price, $21k w/ 27k miles.
currently has 45k on it (50 mile total drive everyday for work) but is still in GREAT condition. figured i can either get my $$$ back or sell it and lose a few Gs.
real question. when the new nsx goes on the market, do you think that the previous nsx models will go lower in price, or will that just make them much more valuable?

The prices on NA1 and NA2 NSX's have seen significant price increases, I don't expect either of these models to get cheaper with the release of the newer model.

i know this thread was old and sorry for bringing it back, well i didnt bring it back but i was involved? anyways,
real question.
ive been doing research, trying to find a nice one in my area, gonna have to do a bit of saving before i pull the trigger, and ive been hearing nothing but great things about the car and coming form an s2000, would you guys say its an upgrade or a downgrade, seeing as the car is older.
real question.

the nsx is more exotic, but I think that's as far as you can go in terms of quality, characteristics. They're completely different cars, but again break down every aspect and you might come out with an even number of pros/cons for each one. Maybe they're made for each other...

I myself have been shopping lately and i can't find any decent ones under $35k. I remember a few years back you could easily pick them up for as low as $25k and still in good shape. Some of the better ones are mid-40s to mid-50s, which would then encourage me to go GTR.

So how does it compare driving? By that I mean the seats. How's the driving position feel? They always looked like the seat was too low (like an old vette or jag where you cant see over it and the wheel is too high.) Compared to the S2000 seats how is the bolstering and comfort? Personally I think the S2000 seats weren't all that great, the guy's put em in Civics all the time but the old del sol Seats are said to be better.
