I wouldn't pay that much.

Is the title completely clear, or is it salvage/rebuild?

It looks clean from the photos, but I'd say $14-15,000 in US currency if the engine is healthy.

Only in Canada. I believe on only the 2001 ITRs.

i have heard from other people that have seen that car in person, and said that it does look very clean inside out.
i also own an itr (jdm version though), and it will be up for sale in 2months if interested, since im assuming u are in the southern ontario area as well?

Stop nit picking technicalities. I have the red rears in my ITR and did my research on them.

I know that, the seats are identical and this style was only sold in North America. I already established the second part of your post.

That would make them CANADIAN red ITR seats and yes they only came in some 01 CDN ITR's.

No one can give you an accurate estimate. With clean ITRs of a common year and mileage, it's fairly easy to know how much they're worth, because there are lots of them around and you can see what similar cars are selling for. With a wrecked/restored ITR with a transplanted motor, you have a car that is unlike others for sale, and it's impossible to compare. Obviously, the car is worth less than a clean 2000 with 17K miles that has never been in an accident, but how much less? $2K? $5K? $10K? No one can say with any certainty.

My guess is that this car would be worth maybe $9-11K in U.S. dollars (after big deductions due to the salvage status, crash status, repaint, engine swap, and relatively undesirable mods, all of which reduce market value), but that is only a guess, not backed up by knowledge of any similar cars sold or up for sale recently.

BTW, there is no such thing as "USDM ITR Red Front Seats". ITR red front seats were only available as CIM parts, not as USIM parts. (EDIT: After finishing this post, I just saw that others noticed that too!)

It looks really nice from the pics but it's a theft recovery... I'd offer USD$12k...$14k tops.
