I think $14K is overpaying big time. If that car weren't crashed or repainted, had a clean title, and the original engine, but still had the same mods and the same 60K miles that are on its engine, it would probably be worth around $16K, give or take. $2K isn't much of a discount for a salvage title and repaint job.

I got a 2000 ITR with a b18c (38K), red recaros, and new break pads. for 10K with it being a rebuilt tile. I don't think 14K is all that bad but it's not the best deal.
