What is the torque spec for the caliper bolts?

From what I remember the 17mm caliper bracket bolts are 90 lbs. The 14mm ones are signifigangly less.

I'm changing just the pads so I just need to know the specs for caliper bolts, thanks!

If you look at the small bolts for just replacing pads, they don't hold any significant load. So you don't have to tighten them very much. Hmm. Just looked it up. It's 36 lbs-ft.
