the speedometer on my ITR keeps floating around on the freeway..if I'm going 70, the needle will sweep up to the 85mph mark and stay there for a few seconds, and if i release the gas, it'll slowly come back down. Anyone know what to do solve this problem? And how much would it cost?

precisely what you said it was in the title.. replace the VSS..

This problem Can also Be Caused be a lack of Grounding to the engine...

I get the same thing.... 'cept usually Officer Friendly writes me a ticket for 85 in a 55.
