Before,i would get about 300km-350km before the low fuel light come on.Thats with 50/50 city/hw way driving.

Now with the same sort of driving,i can only get about 230km-250km before the light comes on!

What should i look for to try and single out the problem?

How is the O2 sensor related?

 

It isn't.

 

So any feedback on what might be the problem?

 

I would do regular maintenance first to see if that helps anything.

Change the fuel filter, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor.

 

I agree, do a tune up and see if that fixes it. I take it you dont have any codes?? If not then it wouldnt be an o2.

 

Codes no.
Had new plugs/cap & rotor.
Only thing i havent done is fuel filter.
