I hate not having a sunroof. I'd give up the few lbs to have a roof- it's one of those things that should have been an extra exspensive option. I would have bought it...

Dude, you don't even deserve an ITR. Give it up to the Type R police.
(That's the sauce talking, I'll pass out soon...)

We removed the signature. The individual has at least two accounts, and seems to have some inside information about some things to do with some of us, so I'm waiting to see who it really is playing around.

They also have a bronze shifting linkeage with a 10% shorter throw than stock. Besides the rare yellow recaros, this is the most sought after item from the Rx.

I thought all JDM ITR shift linkage was like so.

My old 97' JDM DB8 ITR front clip came with the bronze shift linkage.

Could be, this was what I was told a couple years back when I was looking at JDM R swaps.

I met a guy named Richie from Miami who had some of those yellow recaros in his silver hatch.

I love those seats. Let me dig up a pic.

Do you mind too awfully if I ask if you're sure about this? The brochure doesn't really mention it, and a shorter throw linkage wouldn't really seem to jibe with the rest of the theory of the (x) additions.

Everything else to do with the (x) additions seems to have to do with convenience and luxury, not performance, so I'm really curious about this bronze linkage stuff.

I first heard about the bronze linkage from Brian a.k.a. B18C1_powered_si. I suppose I can't back that claim up with fact, but not much is known about the R(x) and I have no reason to doubt otherwise.

The CTR linkage is the same length as the USDM ITR. I did this like over 1 year ago. Took me like 1 year to get the CTR shiftlinkage. Still have it complete with the bag too, very bling, lol

Well if they made the ITR(x) in 2000 and 2001 and you have a 2000 catalog (I assume as that is the year in question), then the sunroof was probably an option on the 2001. Plus the CW car might have been added as like a 2000.5 car. The ITR(x) has a better exhaust manifold? Has anyone ever seen on of those for sale and what the diff is? Same for the gearing question? Like how diff are the boxes and what are the gear rates? The only links I could find are in Japanese Does anyone know the Technical diff's between the cars in english? Personally the car appears to be more status than type R... so why would they give it stiffer springs and strut rates?

Funny.... you know us as the American market ALWAYS gets the watered down ***** version, first at least. "American's love gizmos and extras" they must say (with some truth behind it) then it's interesting that we got the hardcore ITR and not a more expensive, heavier rebadged ITR(x).

Personally overpriced JDM is ghey IMHO. You buy an ITR for the "racing" pedigree it has not for the fact it is rare as ****... Now if you could get the ITR(x) motor, suspension, and trans without everything else

If you want rare go buy a volga or something.
