Would milling a B18C1 head .20 and using a Mugen Head gasket with my 10.8:1 pistons raise the CR to around 11:1?

Also when putting the ITR valve springs in my cylinder head, i take the GSR inner springs move them to the exhaust side, and place the ITR intake valve springs on the intake side correct? or should i just run the ITR exhaust valve springs on the exhaust side?

put ITR intake valvesprings in. move GSR intake to exhaust side. FYI, GSR intake and ITR exhaust share same part #.
