Default Stupid Jacking Question

In order to put my ITR on jackstands, where should I jack it up from?

Thanks,

Matt

jack it up like you normally would. not sure of where you are supposed to place the jack stands, but I think you can place them on the frame somewhere underneath. Do one side, then the other.

Jack the front up via the jack point. Place the jack stands under the jack points on the side behind the front wheels. Then jack up the rear via the rear jack point (the tow loop) and place the jack stands under the jack points on the side in front of the rear wheels...

I thought there was a FAQ done on this once?

Use the front (reinforced spot on the crossmember) and rear (tow hook) jacking points, leaving the sides free to place jackstands under.

EDIT: Beaten by ButtCoin.

The side jacking locations are behind the front wheel and before the rear wheel. They look someting like this (I know the illustration is crude) ------!____!------ and there are two on each side of the car.

BTW - the dashes are the rest of the flat part of the chassis, and the rectangle is the jacking location that protrudes from it.

That's just because you haven't gotten any free parts, or $100 wheel/tire sets, or homemade CF pieces lately. Chump.
