Default Stalling Problem

Whats sup fella, I did some searches and couldn't find to much on this problem. Here it is, when I'm driving the car tends to jerk little while both accelerating and decelerating. It will stall out when you push the brake really fast and hard, also while in turns. Do you think this could be from bad gas? This is the setup 97 JDM Spec R, DC2, AEM CAI, VTec Controller, stock everything else around 107,000K. So maybe you fella can help me out. I think its just bad gad and the computer is trying to compensate for the poor quality of on base gas but I'm not sure. Thanks much!

I'm not sure, don't know why the fuel pump would just take a crap within 2 months of buying the car... But I'll look into it.

i always got the assumption that, if your car/motor has more than 55k miles or whatever is it equivelant in KM. you have to trash the motor/car. And all the motors from japan end up here in the USofA

So be honest I don't know. I know the jn's like to buy the newest car stuff. You can go to a second hand parts store and get a almost brand new turbo cheep. Places like up garage is a place to go to. As for junking I don't know I'll have to look it up for ya'll. But I met someone today that does importing of jdm engines to the states and owns a Honda Speed Shop. Ole boy schooled my a$$ and fixed the problem. It was faulty programing in the feilds vtec controller. He reprogramed it and now she pursss like a little kitten. Now he's trying to talk me into push some boost.. Who knows maybe if the money is there.

yeah me too, my wife was getting a little irritated because of we just bought it. I was thinking I had bad gas or sucked up a little to much water, but since its fine I'm not ganna **** with it. I hope I can pick up an exhaust pretty cheap around here.

What would be your number one choice for an exhaust system in Japan?
