Default safe compression to run?

I posted this already but need to know a good solution because i am gettin them tomorrow I want to run 91 octane on stock sleeves so i cant detonate so i have to run the right compression sorry for posting this agian but i need some good advice i dont want to do anything wrong the guy said to run je 12.5's which are 11.7 with the b20 bloack and itr head when u calculate it on c-speedracing so could take it up a bit by takin the middle layer head gasket if i want which hopefully wil take it to about 12
