its really hard to crack a sleeve with an NA setup.
B20B/Z blocks just tend to crack because they arent that strong.

cause the pistons im gettin are 12.5 but 11.7 with my setup so i dont know if i should take a layer of the headgasket off

Tuning is key in any situation. Importbuilders in Fullerton runs a couple of motors running 12:1 compression with 91 octane gas. 11.7 will be safe 12.5 will be pushing it.
