problem checking my CEL codes
Because my stock ECU was stolen, I picked up another used ITR ECU and had to remove the immobilizer to make it work. Of course, now my CEL is constantly on. Not a big deal.
The problem is if I try to check the codes, the light just stays on as if the immobilizer error wont allow the light to blink. Im pretty sure I should have some EVAP codes since I removed the EVAP system awhile ago. I have emissions and inspection coming up and I need to figure out a way to see if any other codes besides my immobilizer that have been triggered so I can try to get my inspection done.
Only other thing I can think of is Autozone to have the codes checked with a OBD2 scanner. But if there is any trick I can do at home it would be easier.
