aluminum galls(sp?) very easily...make sure and use some antiseize when putting back together

Buddy Clubs in question are powder coated steel i believe, but it wont hurt to use some antiseize anyways.

haha. yeah, i do this kind of **** with my friends too. ill tell em my rims are off cuz im selling em, and then i come back with em painted graphite grey
to buddy club coilovers. ive only knew of one guy with em so i cant help ya out too much, but i heard theyre a pretty nice setup for a teg.

To preload you would have to loosen the top shock nut until the top of the nut is flush with the threads. Then raise the spring and perches until they are slightly touching the bottom of the top hat. Then torque the top nut back down.
This will have compressed the spring by about a cm or two without any weight actually on the coilover.

Actually it was all due to timing. I was thinking maybe that I will keep the parts, do some more brake upgrades before the dec 12th track event but I've decided that I rather have the money in the bank ready to get the new car in dec.
I'll just enjoy the track as I always have, with stock suspension
