dar... i think 95% of cars own the S2k if u saying something like seating space and storage.... </TD></TR></TABLE>
Of course. But since I am (currently) only considering those two, all the others are kinda pointless to mention aren't they? Since you seem unable to follow a conversation, I was replying to someone who said *I* would waste money on the RX8 and that the S2K was better, "S2k all the way" or whatever. The problem with that, is that he has absolutely no clue what I am looking for in a car. It's a street car, it doesn't need to be fast. I like light, fun to drive cars that feel nimble. Both of those do IMO. And both have pros/cons. Saying that *I* would be wasting my money because a car doesn't fit *his* needs is pure ignorance.
Next time, read the thread.

i would get a 350z over the rx-8 any day, then you have the storage/room in a GOOD looking car w/ power and handling, the rx-8 looks like a miata with a widebody kit and a buzzy motor.

id rather have your R than an s2k to be quite honest... too say that an s2k is fast isnt really true.. but its a very fun car to drive.. havent driven an 04 yet

for the mention of 9k being more unique, i agree, but sucks when a dyno plot cuts off at peak power so. not as comparable plots. btw, for comparison sake, this shows the new car making peak power at 8100, and the old at 8200,
if its a higher fuel cut that is so novel, a hondata should easily rectify that

Except the 350Z weighs about 450 lbs. more and has less storage capacity, especially considering lack of rear seats and the huge, non-removable rear shock tower brace bisecting the trunk.

thats a good point about hondata...maybe they might be able to find a way to raise its redline/fuel cutoff (granted that the internals can handle it) and maybe they might be able to suck out a few hp/tq out of the f22c like they did w/ the k20

Eh, The 350Z doesn't do anything for me. I'd taje the G35 over the 350Z personally. And I like rotaries.. what can I say.

I doubt the insurance on the S2k is much more than the R... Don't know about the '04, but the '00-'03 were pretty much the same as insuring an R, if not less...
If only R's weren't so rare, stolen and smashed up... Though I'd have to say I've seen my share of smashed s2k where the driver thought FR's handled the same way as FF did... lol

Most people believe that a more expensive car == higher insurance. That is simply not true at all though.
