is the oil pan for a b18c1 the same exact as for a b18c5?
ok so is the oil pan from a gsr the same as the type r and when it says for a moroso oil pan its good for any 1.8L engine what about a c5 sleeved to a 2.0L?

an OEM gsr oilpan is the exact same one as an OEM itr
they both say P72 on the pan
no idea about moroso

As said the Moroso works fine, but depending on which header or downpipe you have the larger capacity pan may not work but only due to clearance, not actual fitment to the block.

Awesome, so my S2000 aluminum pan with heatsinks is actually the same as a GS-R pan?
Man that's crazy since they look so different!
Not to mention quite a few other oil pan's that Honda uses...
