code 67
hey my car has been throwing code 67 - Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold malfunctioning or defective catalyst system
im running the T1R exhaust with test pipe...a few ppl have told me it is just throwing the code because of the test pipe but i imagine there is a few itr with the same exhaust that are not having this problem
any clue if this is serious? thanks

It isn't a problem as far as I know of I threw the same code while I had my high flow cat on, but it was a POS high flow. Anyways it is just the test pipe that is throwing it because your two o2 sensors are reading the same.

test pipe = no catalyst
if you are tired of seeing that little yellow light in you dash, you could get yourself a high flow cat and do the environment a favor...or you could screw the environment and solve your problem with a JDM ITR ecu.

Or a little easier/cheaper, you can wrap the secondary O2 sensor portion in tinfoil, tie it off with wire and reinstall, it'll work for a bit. Or just plug the hole and pull the S02S into the cabin, or get an O2 simulator, or take out the CEL bulb, which is my method.
A code 67 does nothing as far as how the ECU functions, it just lights up the light.
