Re: (quick6)
I hear you. Seattle is a good place. I'm actually considering moving back for the summer when the swell here has gone away until next November. I'll have to play it by ear. Most important thing is finding work right away. I don't know the shape of the Unions there, but when I moved on November of 03' they were in dire shape. I think it would be fun as hell to get together with everyone. I'm just confused on what I want to do as far as long term plans go. At any rate, I should be in Seattle about a week and a half before the first day of expo so I can tune the engine and break it in....do a couple dyno runs, visit friends, take some girlies for rides...etc.
Aloha,
Brandon

I hear what your saying, but I feel if this expo does not happen/ fail why would anyone want to take charge next year?

Exactly help it out so people who buy your car in the future can continue the tradition then so we keep it running now.

joke joke joke
You don't get to 12500+ posts by not posting everywhere lol.
Or increase them in the first place by doing what I'm doing. Plus I know the point is to make the expo happen, I was just messin.
That's what the mean. lmao

That is no excuse. If your willing to pay half the gas, you can drive my car when you pay gas, and we can take turns co-piloting.

I'll start the Caravan Thread for it.
But, I'm not sure my surfboard fits in my R!

I'd prefer to do it in 2 days, personally. We could leave Issaquah at 7am and get to Pacific Junction (I think you meant Iowa, right?) at like 5 the next day I believe.

Re: (quick6)
ya... I think 2 days is completely do-able... if anything you'll have more time to relax and set up... but it's up to you guys i haven't checked what our side is doing but i'd rather do it in one day personally. 1400 km's... that's doable.

I just did a mapquest from Seattle to Omaha.
Directions:
Take entrance ramp to I-90 east. Drive 1500 miles. Jog South on 480, 180 miles. Finish.
Pretty straightforward! There's only like one turn! Plus you get to fly though Montana (I haven't been there before, still no speed limits?)

That can't be... If that is true I'm making a slight detour on the way to the Expo

Heheheh. Nah -- they have had limits since like 98 I believe. ...although that didn't stop me from going 142mph in my old IS300 on I-90 coming out of the Rockies back in '02.
Montana is a pretty place. Too bad we can't go through the Beartooth Pass. It's worth the detour.

Re: (quick6)
Well Im down for doing it in 2 days.
From where your starting at, you'll be rolling thru Spokane about 3-3:30. As it is right now, i have myself and 2 other non-ITR cars rollin. Where ya wanna meet when ya roll thru? I know of a couple easy-on, easy-off exits here to meet up at. So let me know, I can get exit numbers etc..
