last dyno day.. i only got 161 to the wheel off the bottle.. which i thot was upsetting
with the mods on my sig... jus wondering if i can have any advice or tips in making more power on the next dyno day... from what i researched... an FPR and a set of cam gears would help especially with some fuel tuning... can ya guys help me put out some good #s?

Did the plot happen to have your A/F ratios plotted out with the RPMs? If so, can you post the graph?

Are you sure your nitrous system is working properly? 161 whp is what you should get on a stock or very lightly modified ITR.

I bit low for a 01' with those mods, should be up more around 170 maybe more with the true 2.5" exhaust.

Skunk2 Stage 1 cams or Toda A's and cam gears. Then dyno to dial those things in.

Well i guess it all depends, i'm assuming you're running colder plugs which will hinder your performance off the bottle

Also if you're running extra fuel to compensate for when you spray, your car will be slower when you're not spraying.

And finally is your timming retarded at all?

Try adjusting the tuning on the VAFC to the power of the PCF. Try getting a downpipe in the trunk and a cold air YUF in the wheel. Take note of the hard pressure coming from the back seatbelt. Try adjusting the chair 25 degrees and the rear view mirror into oblivion.

i had an exahust leak and i sitll had really nice pwoer.
a fpr would be nice, but not really much use if you ask me becuase you have a vafc, was the vafc tuned? i gained like 10whp or 9whp thur much of the graph from a simple tune job with mine . my set up wasbefore i hit the bottle
JDm 4/1, test pipe, aem cai, aem fpr, fuel rail , walbro 255lph, apexi n1 cat abck and did 186 to the wheels on 18degrees timing and no ac and ps , thne i put in the vafc and truned it a little and got upto like 194 and change , never dynoed with the 100 shot in it , but sure woulda been reall close to 300whp .
but thats all i had and it made real good pwoer for me
