My R is Finally Back on the road ! (Pics)
how u guys been doing?
I haven't post for awhile..
I had to put my car away before winter.. cuz i couldnt afford insurance. now it got cheaper..so i can drive now. while she was asleep. i got her a new header, rad, omnipower full coilovers.
I am so happy to have her back
real good ground clearance on this header
with my teg boys

That's great that yer drivin' again. I remember your post a while back about the AN-R header. I almost bought that **** after seeing those pics. What's the butt dyno verdict?

thing pulls hard right after vtec around 6500+.. to redline..
but i am not sure how fast it is compared to my old JDM DC one..
i might have lost some tourque but i am not sure..

looks like you lose half your radiator with that header. thats the first i've seen one go out that far. quality looks good though.

yeah i had to use civic rad for that header.. but the civic rad is double the thickness of stock ITR rad. it held almost same amount of coolant as stock ITR rad

nice to see your car on the road. regardless, the ITR vtec kick is pretty unique to the type R. in comparison to the gsr, it definitely kicks in WAY MORE.

yep, gsr has a 2 stage intake manafold so vtec is hella quiet, and the feel is different in an R
