Interesting header design, what kind is it?
|
Re: My R is Finally Back on the road ! (itr1244)
That's great that yer drivin' again. I remember your post a while back about the AN-R header. I almost bought that shit after seeing those pics. What's the butt dyno verdict?

Re: My R is Finally Back on the road ! (white rocket)
thing pulls hard right after vtec around 6500+.. to redline..
but i am not sure how fast it is compared to my old JDM DC one.. i might have lost some tourque but i am not sure.. |
Re: My R is Finally Back on the road ! (itr1244)
This is sort of off topic but does vtec in an R crack louder than a GSR?
|
Re: My R is Finally Back on the road ! (Ls_V_TurboSi)
looks like you lose half your radiator with that header. thats the first i've seen one go out that far. quality looks good though.

yeah i had to use civic rad for that header.. but the civic rad is double the thickness of stock ITR rad. it held almost same amount of coolant as stock ITR rad |

yep, gsr has a 2 stage intake manafold so vtec is hella quiet, and the feel is different in an R https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif |
