JUN 3's with CTR Pistons...need some help
Ive heard some people with ITR's run this setup with no problems, and others have valve clearance(I think thats what it is?) problems. How will I know if Im going to have a problem with that setup or not? I plan to use the stock ITR head gasket, or possibly going to a thinner one for added compression. But the thinner gasket will only make things that much more tight in the chamber and I dont know if it will be a problem or not. I know this is redundant, but any help is appreciated.

you have nothing to worry about. ive been using ctr pistons, jun cams advanced to 4 degress and a head cut 40k with a stock gasket

yes you'll be fine. If you really want to check your tolerences have the head clayed when you install the pistons (if they arent installed already). Im using the same setup

616 over there had like .040" milled off his head and he had no contact
i wouldnt sweat a thinner head gasket, rather i would be more worried about
detonation than valve/piston contact.
