hey i just did mine as well and i put the whole thing on... dont cut the us radiator support. drill out the weld points and chisel the old rad support off then you will have to cut the top of the fender support where the radiato support fits into but dont cut yet after you take off the old support you will have to line up the new one take the jdm rad support and set it on the car see where the bumper rebar is supposed to mount to the frame with the bolts notice how the wholes for the bolts match the jdm rad support your on the right track then notice the angle of the upper rad support ends they should line up to the sides of the frame that the fenders line up to.. then rivet to hold in place so you can mount the headlight now you will notice that you have to cut a little of the car so the blinker housing for the headlight can wrap around... once you do this then you will have to weld or use more rivets.. now put the hood on and put the fenders on the fenders are going to slide into the headlights two holes and bolt to the headlight then put the jdm bumper support and rebar on you can use the usdm rebar but you will have to cut it then put the hood latch on if using the usdm flip it backwards and get a 90-93 integra latch cable or you can use a solenoid to pull it with a remote or button then the bumper goes on look email me at blueeysx2@aol.com and give me a screen name that i can send you some pics of mine step by step.. i dont have any clue on how to post pics on honda tech. also do you have jdm hids or no if not it will be alot easier....

I just finished mine...As far as hood latch cable, the 90-93 integra latch cable is longer, you'll need that. As far as fender and bumper, there is a little play in the mounting bolts, where you can loosen them a little, and play with the way it fits...though keep in mind, that if the body shop didn't weld the radiator support perfectly, it won't all fit perfectly...

What wiring problems are you having??? The diagram that was posted on Mase's thread is correct, all you need to do is cut the old heads off the wiring harness, and solder on the new clip, just use some wire loom so you dont have loose wires kicking around...

Does any one else find it strange that for the Fog lights, high beams, HIDs, and city lights that there is only one relatively small ground??? I guess maybe they don't need a lot in the way of grounding, it just seems kinda wierd...

Aj

I'm doing my own install but i'm running with some problems, hopefully somebody can help.

The problem is that i bought a used radiator support, And It only came with the "T"

Top support and Middle piece attach. CAN this work????

-Also I'm going with the C-West front bumper, I tried it on to see how it'll look, And I noticed that the only place to bolted on is from the fenders...
Am i missing any thing else.
-So the radiator support doesn't hold the bumper?

-can any one please help,
I just like to know if can make it work using the "T"only, or if not so I can start looking for a new one.
-I found a new one for $350. Shipped to my house, Is this an OK deal,
Or any body knows where to get a better deal.

Thanks in advanced,
~

you really only need the "T" as you so put it, but on the center section of the radiator supports were two mounting points for the headlights, which honestly, I don't think are necesary to hold them in place...but I guess you'll find out. They should still mount to at least three or four places to keep them steady, so I wouldn't worry about it.

As far as the Cwest front bumper, I'm not sure, but it should also connect to the bottom radiator support as well...the best guys to ask are at A&J racing, they do a lot of conversions....

Good luck...

What "all" there is only one ground for the HID headlights, well, if you got the male end of the plug for the HIDs any way. You'll notice that it only has one wire for the headlight assembly that already has a ring terminal connected to it, but it's like an 18 guage wire, which I found kinda strange, and seemingly insufficient, though they seem to work fine...and obviously Honda knew what they were doing...go figure

And yes, I had to bend the A/C lines, and take a heat gun to the washer resivoir to reshape it some...

On a side note, I have a JDM washer bottle that fits without modifying it, if any one wants it, I'll be happy to sell it, just be aware that it only has one solenoid for the front, as in the JDM ITR there is no rear winshield wiper...$20 for anyone who wants it

hey when using the 90-93 hood latch cable do u need to set up a pulley or something so it wont get caught? or will it be okay without it? cuz the latch faces right where as the usdm cable comes from the left. also any news on the splash guards? thanks

Not yet, they were supposed to be finished painting it today, but I didn't have time to go in and give them the hood latch cable I just bought, and so, they didn't put it togather yet.... I'll let you know when I do...

yes u should, to get the factory look... u need to splice the green wire so that they (sidemarkers) only blink when the regular blinkers are on

Yes, you do need the bumper reinfocement and the extension to get it to work...correctly any way...the extension is what actually holds the bumper on teh car...it keeps it from sagging, cause otherwise, without it, the only places where it's connected is on the bottom and the fenders, which is not sufficient.

As far as light bulb sizes goes, if you have the HID headlights, I think the fog lights are H1, the highbeams are H3, or vice versa, the little wedge bulb is the same as your factory corners, and the turn signals are the same single filament bulbs as are in your tail lights. I really dont rememer the sizes, but any discount auto sells them...

As far as the non-hid headlights, I think they're 9006 for the headlights and 9005 for the high beam, then the rest are the same as the HID housing headlights...note, I'm not sure about these...

Just finished the conversion completely today, and yes the splash gaurds do fit the conversion...not sure that all the screws went in, but most of them I think...
