Default ITR Alignment specs + street/track specs

I'm getting an alignment today.

Can someone give me the stock suspension specs and also what are you guys using for the track?

I have Tein HA's and no camber kit. I'm looking for a little added performance on the track without wearing my tires super fast on the street.

I forget, should z10 bars be loaded in or out (shorten rod or lengthen?)???

If I remember correctly, the stock setting is zero toe front and slight toe-in in the back.
If you want more rotation, try rear toe zero or out.

I was going to try for zero front 1/2" out rear. Just curious as to what the track ****** are using.

max toe out and still in 'spec'

max out F + R?

Why the change? You're getting a smaller front sway bar (more oversteer?) and then moving your rear toe in? Isn't that counteractive?

Seeing as how I'm in a rush, and I don't know where else, Firestone.

Any suggestions?

Yes... max toe out front and rear (still with-in spec)
I likes that setting with factory tires (it felt better than stock).

But with the Falkens..... time for a change.

front sway bar is off in the distance... alignment needs to be checked once a year anyway.... so I will try that then get the bar later.

My rear toe should still be towed in a little bit... this time it will be zeroed.
