Default Help!!Solid cel

Hi guys,I just swapped a jdm b18c type r engine in a 1992 model civic.
The problem is that i'm getting a solid cel and main relay is not working.
When i turn the ignition on the cel comes on and remains on.
What can it be? Can somebody help me please?
I also swapped the interior harness with an si model and the car was with abs and the new harness i put has no abs.
Could it be a problem that it is w/o abs now?

Solid CEL means a problem with the ECU itself. Which one are you using? Try and get hold of a known working ECU and see if your getting the same problem...if you are you need to recheck all the ECU wiring, especially the live and ground wires.
