Default Header Install

Would anyone know about how high the car would have to be lifted to install a 1 piece header. This would be done with a jack lifting the car from the front.

TIA

Jack the car up as high as you can safely get it with your jack (and jackstands, of course) and try to slide the header under it. If the header fits while upright, you shouldn't have a problem with the install.

upright = __)

I apologize for the crude visual.

Eh, doesn't need to fit upright really. once under the car with the OEM manifold removed (at an angle) you can install the new one at an angle as well.. it wont go in upright unless you remove some stuff anyways.

Always helpful to have a little wiggle-room though.

basically, the higher the better.

you can take off the radiator fans to give you a little more room to pivot.
