Hi all 
I will install soon a ceramic coated header on my R
My newbee
question is : can I drive "hard" just after the install ?
or is it necessary to accustom (gently
) the header to heat ?

No break in time, install and DRIVE THE HELL out of it. Hey and just for kicks give us a review of any difference you experience. Tell us how the Butt dyno is

disconnect the battery while you work on the car.
Reconnect the battery when you are done.
Let the car run for 5-10 minutes after the installation to check for leaks, etc.
Go have fun with the Miss!
