Default A good place to learn "Tuning with a VAFC" before going to the dyno

I have a VAFC and want to learn the proper way to tune with it before making a trip to the dyno. (I have searched all the recent topics in all forums) Is there any information on the web (or anywhere for that matter) that I can read about making adjustments and the order things should be changed as not to screw up the car. I do not know anyone in my area that has ever messed with a VAFC. I have read the instruction book and it still seems a little vague to me about making the correct changes when setting VAFC, Fuel correction rates, etc... I know that everyone on this board has a wealth of information and I'm a true rookie at all this and have learned lots by reading this board everyday but this is definately an area I want to learn more. Thanks!!!!

That does not seem to be an option so I need to figure it out for myself.
