does anyone know wut is the best setting of field vtec controller for type R?

Settings will vary depending on mods, that is why you should have your car tuned on a dyno.

FYI, leave the settings stock until you get a chance to tune it on a dyno. If you don't know what you're doing, you can do a lot of harm.
