Default Da Cone = Owned.....Cam Gear slippage....Not for the faint at heart...

Well I wasn't there for that ownage of the Cones new ride, but when I got a call that the cones newly built motor with a new cam gear(yes cam gear) slipped on the dyno destroying what would have been a pretty beasty motor when tuned, making the list of issues for Andrew as of late go up...Andrew just picked up a 96spec JDM ITR motor and it's being installed this weekend...Too bad, I really would have liked to have seen what this motor would have made....Here are the pics, if you have little children in the room, parental discretion is advised...

Christ! I thought my block was bad. That sucks, horribly. Sorry man.

I would like to recommend ST Corsa cam gears. http://www.stcorsa.com/product...e.htm

Check out the large pictures for non-slipping PATENTED goodness #122 has a set of these and I feel confident in them on a turbo application.
