Default CTR or ITR pistons

Are the JDM CTR pistons better than the JDM ITR pistons?
I have a JDM 97 spec-r with Toda A2 cams, gears, valve springs and retainers. I also have the 98 spec-r headers, with NGK plugs and wires. Will changing my pistons better the performance for my car or should I use my money elsewhere?
If I do change it to CTR pistons what will my compression ratio be? Thanks

Take a read through that thread and draw your conclusions afterwards.....

IMO, your money is better spent on a better header and tuning.
