Default Collision question & alignment

Is it possible for the front axle to get damaged in a front end collision where the impact speed is about 3-5mph? I got into a small collision on the left side that left the paint scraped off my front bumper (not too bad) but the left side of my car now vibrates when the car is moving. Could it be alignment or is the axle damaged? This is driving me nuts everytime I drive my car. Any help would greatly be appeciated!

the only damage was to the bumper and scratches to the headlight, no scratches on the wheel at all. There was a bit of dirt on the tire but thats it. Impact was really light 3-5 mph. I took off the wheel to inspect the suspension and nothing seemed out of place.
